  • Payments usually take 1–2 business days to be confirmed. Order processing begins only after payment has been verified.
  • Once confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing times may increase during high-volume periods or holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We work with reliable carriers to keep costs low while ensuring timely delivery.

  • Standard Shipping (Free): estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days after processing and inspection. (Note: business days do not include weekends or public holidays.)
  • Tracking: all orders include a valid tracking number, sent via email once available. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the system.
  • Split Shipments: orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. You may receive more than one tracking number.
  • Delays: delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, local holidays, or high seasonal volume. We appreciate your understanding.

Note: we do not operate from a single centralized warehouse — this allows us to offer accessible prices and a globally curated selection, though delivery times may vary slightly.

  • If your order has not arrived within 60 days from the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • We follow the official policies of the carriers, which may vary by destination country.
  • In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email with the latest updates.

4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Luxxlady is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your item, please check with your local post office and neighbors before contacting us.
